Chief Medical Director
Dr. Bharat Latthe
Dr. Latthe is board-certified in hospice and palliative care with extensive experience in delivering palliative care across various care settings. He has 15 years of experience serving as a Medical Director in the hospice setting. Dr. Latthe is responsible for strategic vision and leadership across the organization.
Associate Medical Director
Dr. Hunain Aslam
Dr. Hunain Aslam earned his MBBS from Ziauddin University and completed a fellowship at the University of Iowa. Specializing in Internal Medicine, Palliative Care, and Hospice Care, he has extensive expertise in providing high-quality care for patients with chronic illnesses, especially the elderly.
Associate Medical Director
Dr. Avanti Gandhi
Dr. Gandhi is board-certified in internal medicine and has practiced as a hospitalist for ten years. She has served as a Hospice Medical Director for the past four years and is currently completing her fellowship in hospice and palliative care. She is passionate about providing care and advocating for patients.
