Support is available from many sources: family, neighbors, church members, volunteers, and Oasis Hospice staff are all ready to assist and should be utilized to the fullest so that family members can obtain sufficient rest.
If someone offers help, say "YES!" Accepting help not only provides you with support but also allows your friends and family to feel they are making a significant contribution during a very difficult time.
Short rest periods are rejuvenating and should be taken as frequently as possible.
Do not hesitate to call Oasis Hospice at 281-607-2310 if you have any questions, concerns, or notice a change in the status of your loved one.
