Dr. Bharat Latthe

– Dr. Bharat Latthe serves as Chief Medical Officer responsible for strategic vision and leadership across the organization. Dr. Latthe is board-certified in hospice and palliative care with extensive experience delivering palliative care across care settings. He has 15 years of experience serving as medical director in the hospice setting.

– Beth Scott serves as Administrator responsible for all organizational functions and infrastructure. Beth has been in the hospice industry since the early ’90’s. Her areas of expertise are staff education, regulatory compliance and inception of hospice agencies. She has led three hospice agencies through CHAP accreditation and re-accreditation, one of those agencies as an in-patient unit. Beth is hospice and palliative care certified in nursing and administration, is a certified ELNEC educator and has gone through special palliative care training through a grant with Season’s Hospice in North Carolina. Beth’s passion is grassroots hospice with a focus on gold standard care and regulatory compliance.
